Property’s cancellation policy

• Every booking made and confirmed must pay 1 night deposit non refundable to secure the reservation.
• If there any cancel or modify before 14 days prior of arrival is free and only takes 1 night deposit paid when made a booking.
• 14 days to 3 days prior of arrival must pay deposit nonrefundable 50% from the entire amount
• Less 3 days must pay full payment or 100% from the entire amount.
• Amendment of reservation may occurred at least before 14 days prior of arrival, and subject on our availability.
• We will contact you further following deposit procedure, and authorize link payment will send to settle deposit.
• If the non refundable deposit has been settled and if any amendment or booking revision period of stay may not occurred cancellation penalty at least before the term of cancellation policy arise and room is subject to the availability
• The deposit is non refundable except any force majeure arise with both of agreement between guest with the property.
• The property is not coverage any liability insurance if any unpredictable accident to inside or outside property and please keep your safe and cares. Therefore the property is ensure every guest safety, cleanliness area, proper function of property facilities are well running.

• Extra extension nights inclusive breakfast only:
  • Two Bedroom Pool Villa: IDR 3,500,000 net per night inclusive breakfast
  • Peak season surcharge: IDR 700,000 per night (24th December 2026 until 5th January 2027)
  • High season surcharge: IDR 500,000 per night (1st July 2026 until 31st August 2026)
  • Extra person if there are additional people coverage all benefits of the package specified as the 5th person in the Two bed room Pool villa an additional fee will be charged IDR 1,500,000 per night per person.
• Children Policy:
  • Less 3 Years old is considering as infant and use an existing bed or sleep with parent by free and no meal. If need baby cot will be applied additional surcharge at IDR 250,000 per night and no meal.
  • 3 – 11 Years old is considering as Children and use an existing bed by free and no meal or use an extra bed with surcharge at IDR 500,000 per night inclusive breakfast.
  • 12 years old is considering as Adult and must use extra bed with surcharge at IDR 700,000 per night inclusive breakfast only.
